My name is Robert I’m 53 years old and 2018 was the year that God allowed my life to be turned upside down to draw me closer to him. I ended up in jail for 5 months which caused me to loose everything in my life that I’ve worked so hard for including my wife. I do not regret what’s happened because I know that I have God in my life now. He is certainly number one. In the last year I’ve witnessed many amazing things that only God could have made possible and he has answered many prayers. Three months after being released from jail my wife Teresa was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent a surgery and 12 weeks of Chemo. God’s done amazing things with her recovery which I believe is prayers answered. She starts radiation this week and has to go everyday for the next six weeks so I ask for prayers for her continued recovery. He’s provided me with a well paying job that is supporting the two of us, he’s provided us with transportation. He’s restored many relationships. God has done so much in my life and has done so by me doing the opposite of the advice of non believers would do. It’s incredibly hard for me not to get caught up in following the worlds way. I’m here to tell you that God’s ways do work you just have to be patient and truly follow his word. So with that being said I still need prayers for the restoration of my marriage and for my wife to continue to get closer to God. I ask for your prayers that God will find us housing and that he will keep providing me with his wisdom and knowledge to follow his ways and not to be tempted by Satan’s lies which will only allow for further destruction of my marriage. I ask for your prayers that God continues to restore us and to bring us closer to him. We really are desperate for housing. Thank you and God bless!
