I am a mother, who tries to help. I made a mistake. My son received a DWI. Because of Covid the court did not hear his case. All this time he had to have an interlock as a pre-trial agreement. MVD is a different case. I reached out to MVD asking what we needed to do to have a hearing, not knowing this part was basically null. They tricked me by saying they needed the judgement, leading me to believe the hearing would occur. I provided it. They revoked my sons license for two yrs. I know God never wastes a situation. I’m getting sick with anxiety, feeling I caused this to happen. I pray to God to help us to get through this. My son is doing extremely well and this is a lesson well learned. A revoked license is keeping him from applying for good jobs, where he is mature enough now, to do so. Please pray for us.
