I have been out of work since August 2018, with a on the job injury. I have not been paid since October 2018, was diagnose with Prostate Cancer in November. I said surgery in February, I'm to start radiation treatments in May. With no way to pay my co payments, while being out of work. Waiting for my job to call me back to work!
