We found out we were pregnant with baby #3 everyone was thrilled! What a blessing, 3 children! Hoping for a girl to add to the family. But when I was 11 weeks my ultrasound didn't look right. Doctors urged me to get to a genetic test to make sure everything was ok. Two weeks later I got the results, abnormal, trisomy 18. We had to go to a specialist in Albuquerque. They did another ultrasound and told us awful things. The baby had inward feet, liquid in the neck, the right side was the heart was larger, they couldn't see if the back part of the brain was developing, and the bladder is enlarged with a huge cyst. The worst news parents could get!! I was only 15 weeks when they told us this news! I'm praying things will change for this baby, or God have mercy and take him. Please continue to pray for us!! We are getting an amniocentesis test soon, praying for better news!
