I’m struggling with my mental health and crippling fear. I take care of my elderly parents and work two jobs to make rent and the bills. I don’t have a spouse so the burden is on me alone. I’m struggling at my main job, feeling more or less incompetent making decisions and it’s affecting my performance. The fear takes over and i just want to quit because what’s the point?
