I desperately need a skilled trauma counselor. I'm realizing I have unhealed trauma from my childhood. My father was abusive narcissist hoarder & I am married to another narcissist. He is a sex addict, there is no trust, accountability, or intimacy. I'm disabled with MS. He is bi-polar so our marriage & family life has been marred with erractic mood swings & anger. I have made excuses for it because he was molested & abused in his childhood! At some point he has to stop being a victim & take accountability. I need help for healing & direction. This has effected mine & my teen daughters emotional health. We all suffer from depression, bi-polar, ptsd. It took my youngest attempting suicide to start intensive equine therapy plus counseling. Please pray!
