I am currently struggling to be certified (alternative certification - 1st-year teacher) as a middle school science teacher at one of the most challenging schools in my city. A great majority of influential staff are toxic. I am all too often held responsible for issues that are beyond my control. Yesterday I just lost my number one support person on my team at the school. Please pray for my peace. Thank you so much!
