I need help. I've been struggling with my mental health for a long time. Every time I start to feel better, I start going backwards again. I'm just not sure I can handle this anymore. I don't even know who I am without all of this depression, anxiety, and anger inside of me. I know logically that God is with me, but it's so hard to feel His presence when I'm in this place.
