Please pray for a clear sign from God regarding my current job. I love helping my customers, but I hate the constant reviews and nitpicking /coaching/meetings. I am not learning anything from these meetings and they continually ask for more. I have the highest numbers in my group and the customers seem very satisfied, but they are telling me to do more and do it their way. I already deal with perfectionism, I don't want a company also hounding me to be perfect. I am exhausted!
