Have started EMDR therapy for PTSD. It has opened the floodgates to a lot of junk.( Old hurt/ traumaetc) I'm having headaches every couple of days like I used to.it's causing a lot of physical struggles: the headaches are migraine type and it's like everything just shuts down
. . Also just got diagnosed with sleep apnea.
I know a lot of people have more serious stuff , but the therapy for the PTSD has just about brought my world to a complete halt.
I'm a prayer warrior. Even struggling with that.
I KNOW the poweyof prayer and encouragement..
I have to get thru this storm. There is healing on the other shore. I know Jesus will get me there, it's just gonna take some time. I guess with healing from my past scars I get a dose of patience added to the cure.
I'm gonna be OK, but I'm not OK right now, and That's OK, cuz God's got this.
I'd appreciate being lifted up and encouraged.
