My house is on the verge of being taken away, I live here with my children and 2 grandchildren. We have lived in the house for over 10yrs. The landlord we were buying the house decided to turn it over to the bank. We have had to do major repairs to obtain financing. due to the extra expense, we are now short on the down payment. Praying for some help will come through.
