its been about a year now where I have dealt with anxiety and unfortunately some of this anxiety has built up to depression. With that being said I have been seeing a counselor and dr and they recommend a light dose of anxiety and antidepressants and I am nervous about it because I have never dealt with anything like this in my life so I am just asking for prayer that with Gods grace these meds work for me and I get back to my normal self and God willing I will not need the meds anymore in the future and I can be back to my normal self.
