Hello everyone! After over a year and three months of waiting, I have finally received a breakthrough in my job search, as I reported last week. I have been searching for employment for a very long time in order to relocate from California to the East Coast, specifically the New York City area. I am thankful that the Lord made a way where there appeared to be none, as there were many occasions when I felt constrained and unable to make progress.
Although I have received an offer, I have submitted a counteroffer to renegotiate my salary, and I am awaiting responses from three additional interviews. Please pray that the hiring department accepts my counteroffer and that the remainder of this week's process goes smoothly. Also, favor the remaining businesses from which I am awaiting a response. Although the interviews were somewhat challenging, I believe there were also multiple breakthroughs. Please pray that God will work in the hiring department's hearts regarding my remaining offer and counteroffers, and that I will receive a response as soon as possible.
Also, please pray that God will open doors and grant me favor in my East Coast apartment search. I have recommenced my search within my budget, and I hope to find the best garage-equipped residence within my budget. Please pray for a good location, a safe location, and a good apartment so that my move from California to New York City in September goes smoothly.
