I’m struggling with my faith and I’m trying with one last prayer request before giving up my faith. I’ve been praying for literally years, at least ten for my daughter to get away from a very abusive ex husband. She left many years ago but the threats and stalking and verbal assault never stop. There’s no peace for her or the kids. She’s tried over and over to get a restraining orders but aside from an emergency one which only last for 30 days the court never will grant her request because they don’t have physical evidence of harm. We’ve been trying to build a case for years and every time we think we have enough they say it’s not. What the heck do they want to wait until it’s too late? Nothing helps it never ends. We have hours and hours of recordings he won’t threaten her when he’s on the phone because he knows it might be recorded so he’ll only do it in person when nobody can witness it. The kids are scared out of their mind because it’s getting worse. My family is on a roller coaster emotionally and physically and our prayers are never answered. And I don’t know why and I don’t want to keep praying.
