I have a coworker that is extremely difficult. She is getting her teacher's license through the LEAP program and has not taught before. However, she is a know-it-all and claims to be a Christian. She cusses daily, talks badly about her students and their parents, and is extremely upset when she does not win contests the principals do throughout the year. She has lied to the staff and our principals stating that she is being harassed and is not liked by the teachers on her team. These false accusations have caused the principal to talk to 3 of the teachers on the team, call us out, and tell us that we are liars. When we discuss the issues with the principal she refuses to believe anyone but her. The principal lets her bad behavior continue into this new year and even our union (NEA) will not do anything about her. I need lots of prayers and answers to my prayers before I break completely down. I have no one in my life because my husband passed away 2 years ago and my sons don't live in the same city or town. I can not leave the job because I need the income and the insurance because I have a rare disease and I have been teaching for 18 years. I don't want to have to leave until the Lord directs me to another calling he has for me. Please pray! I can't do this anymore. I have even gotten to the darkest place and want to just DIE because it would be much easier. Please I need lots of prayers. Sorry, this is so long but I have prayed and prayed daily, hourly, and by minutes. I need the Lord to help and everyone at FLR to help me also. Thanks.
