I work at a college. We are severely understaffed due to the great resignation and retirements. My coworker just resigned as well leaving me with a new hire who is one week in and myself. Students are on campus and I’m trying to teach myself her position to get them what they need. Pray for wisdom guidance stress relief peace hope in the future moving forward that we will find a way to continue to make this work without losing students in the process.
