I would like prayers for my relationship. We’ve been dating for 6yrs and we’ve been struggling since I’ve shared my feelings and set boundaries. We were engaged and he chose to out his ex wife’s needs over my own and I ended the engagement. He agreed to counseling to better our community and we’ve had successes. My counselor and I are working on me becoming a better version of myself. He has a 17yr old son and 19 yr old daughter that his ex uses to manipulate him. He’s realized it but won’t stand up to her. We don’t see each other much b/c other things are his priority. I know I need to take care of myself and stop people pleasing, but I struggle on a daily basis. I need strength, courage and wisdom to let go of what is not serving me. My cup needs refilled I’m always pouring in to others.
