It's scary to consider going into a room-rent living arrangement. I have financial goals for 2020 that I believe can be better met by going into this scenario. I am praying and believing that our Father has a safe & clean home, in the ideal location I am seeking, that has a room available, with a friendly, considerate person and has the makings of a friendship, not just a roommate. I am a 50ish female, preferring a 50ish female in the s/e Phoenix to west Chandler, Az areas. I am looking for the ideal scenario where the homeowner has an extra room to rent but not in a financial bind and trying to fill it for the financial help. My specifics are lifted to the Lord.
