I am 42yr old type 1 diabetic and recently I've started having pains and numbness all over. This can lead to loss of limbs etc. The pain has gotten so bad I think of ending my life at times because it seems hopeless. I'm active and manage my diabetes as good as I can I'm just tired of fighting and could use any help if possible
