Please pray for Vern, my 90-year-old father in law, a wonderful, kind, loving and faith filled man! He struggles with cancer, shingles, weakness throughout his body and some anxiety and frustration in feeling worthless and not able to do anything. Prayers for him to get some relief from pain and the reassurance that God is always there, and that it's ok to accept help - don't feel guilty or worthless.
Prayers, also, for family members who have welcomed him and my mother in law into their home (while they redid their home, they added a few rooms for them). Please continue to give them strength and patience and for all involved to rely on God, as they always have.
