Prayer to get back stolen money. My lawyer did not show up to settlement hearing then took me to trial sent me a really large bill. Now he missed again the deadline for filing closing arguments. And refuse to return my calls. The other party want to financially penalize me for missing deadlines. This paperwork is to tell the other side what we are asking for. Without it we would be forced into a very bad deal. He missed deadline to file the paperwork that could end the case and win the case but instead he is gorging me of over 20,000.00
Even the other side want me to pay there attorneys fees much or more.
I am going to food banks. They stole my AutoAccident money. These Crooked lawyers and withheld my money and bilking us/me.
The opposing party hid money stole money proven in trial. Now my lawyer is absent in his responsibility to turn in paperwork that the Judge ordered by a deadline! For 2 weeks no communication. I was only asking for copies of the paperwork,
and the other side is asking too, for that deadline to have been met! How can a lawyer ignore a judges order for a filing and not give any explanation why there are grossly late or not doing the work. But I’m sure they will try to bill me for the work they didn’t do.
Jesus expose the open Fraud to steal from my Assets . Me me and the children have gone to food banks.
