I moved into an apartment two months ago. It was not cleaned and things are broken. There are two steps outside that slope downhill. I have requested that a handrail be put in because I am afraid I will fall this winter. So far my requests have been overlooked. I am going to talk to the property manager on Monday. Please pray that his ears are heart are receptive. Thank you.
