i've been having problems with sleep, ill wake up and cannot go back to sleep, stimulant medication ill take it in morning, but ill wake up 3-4 hours before waking and cannot return to sleep... and cannot go back to sleep, then that makes the day hard and grueling. I just prayer to be able to go sleep, able to go back to sleep. I need prayer god would not leave me. Thank you
