Asking for prayers I am a medical assistant and a doctor's office and my doctor went on vacation for 3 weeks and I have asked and was told I could have 3 weeks off without pay and am willing to do so rather than driving twice the distance at a different facility and my supervisor is doing interviews which I feel is trying to replace me if I do not voluntarily drive to this other facility twice the distance because this facility is short staffed. Another doctor in the office was off on a surgical leave and that medical assistant was able to stay in the office with no patience it did not help with what needs to be done in daily operations there is quite a bit of favoritism but I really enjoy working for the doctor that I am his medical assistant for so I pray the good Lord would put a stop or hold on any hiring until my doctor comes back and we are working full force together again and not be forced out of my position with this position thank you
