I would really appreciate if you could pray for my strength and ability to communicate my job needs from my team members at work. I am a Hospitality Supervisor at Bavarian Inn. It is my job to lead shifts and maintain the standards our company requires. Uniforms, performances, team-work. We'll, it's a real struggle and challenge with the younger generation. They are argumentative, disrespectful and uncaring of any rules or standards. I'm trying very hard to maintain my patience and composure, positive and motivating attitude when I have to turn the other cheek to being yelled at or ignored. I truly need strength to remember my faith in God and his desires for me at these times! Thank you 😉
