I’m in the market for my first home and I’m super excited!
I’m a one parent household, one income household so the houses I’m looking at all need some TLC.
I did find a house with great bone structure, in need of some TLC but definitely livable and the TLC can be done slowly as I was hope for. Beautiful home, in a good quiet neighborhood.
I’m offering less than the asking price and I need prayers my offer is accepted.
