We have been struggling with renting our first home for the last 5 years and have had 3 difficult renters. We have decided to sell the property and get it back next week. Asking and reaching out for prayers and support that it is in good condition and that we can sell it quickly and smoothly. We are going to work hard on preparing it to list it and sell it at a competitive price - hoping that it will be a blessing to someone else who God intends it to go to and who will love the property and help us get out from under the stress of it quickly, perhaps even before listing it! Thank you in advance. We are working hard to pay off debt and this will be a huge weight off our shoulders once this debt is resolved. "The borrower is slave to the lender."
