My daughter and her husband separated earlier this week. They have 2 boys 10 and 3 years old. He moved out (which was what they both wanted) and today he was at their house when she got off work. She had us watch the boys at our house today. When she got here she found that the oldest boy, 10 years old, had been texting his dad and so she thought it would be nice for they boys to go back to their house so they could have a couple hours with their dad. When she got to the house and the boys had gone inside the house her husband told her that he was not going to leave. At this point he also told her that he had gotten an attorney, she hasn't had time to get an attorney since she is the only one making any money for the household. It is now late Friday afternoon and she won't be able to get an attorney until Monday and so she doesn't know what to. She can't go back there if he is there and she can't get her boys.
