Please help me continue to stay calm with working through my relationship patterns of my past. I am in what I feel like a stable-ish relationship, and I say that due to the fact there is some inconsistency in communication but otherwise fairly healthy and new. I want god to heal me from past triggers and fears. I find myself caught up in situations and I am not sure why I am even getting anxious about certain things but it happens. Lord, please free me from this heaviness that holds me down and continues to haunt me, year after year. Relieve me from this. Lord, hold me close and let me know it is safe and I can trust myself to choose quality partners that aren't abusive, mentally or otherwise. Please help remove my fears.
