Please pray for a Vietnam veteran who is dying with cancer, and on hospice; for 'calming' of his mind. He is struggling with agitation, anxiety, and anger in his mind and cannot seem to stop it. His family has encouraged him to pray and he said "he is trying" but it continues, and is worse all night long. The last few nights have been very, very rough.
The hospice nurses said there is something called 'sundowner's' syndrome that many hospice patients endure, which seems to come on at night, and they experience agitation and anxiety.
This is SO hard on his son and daughter, who are taking turns spending the nights with their dad, at his request. Please pray for PEACE for this dear man's mind, and pray against the wiles of the enemy who would steal his peace. Your prayers in this are appreciated more than we can say.
