Please pray for me that God would give me the encouragement and motivation to continue living my life in hopes that I will feel better one day. I'm sad all day everyday no matter what I try and do to change it and it's gotten to a point where I know nothing will change how I feel so why do anything. I'm on medication for depression and anxiety and I have been most of my life. I don't think it works. I've been on so many different types and combinations and nothing helps it. I put all my energy into holding back my tears and acting like I'm ok for everyone. I'm wondering if this ever gets better or easier. I am losing hope.
