I've been a Christian all my life but have gotten much closer to Christ over the past few years. Now my relationship feels much more personal. I read and understand my Bible more. I pray regularly.
While this is all wonderful and I am very inspired by this I have also been experiencing the very worst part of my life during this same time.
My only (adult) child has estranged herself from me with no explanation. I have had extreme (involving police) problems with neighbors. I've had someone vandalize my vehicle (I believe the same neighbor) and have had to install security cameras.
I was recently sexually assaulted at work and after reporting it to HR was told that there's "no proof" on the security cameras and was told I could continue working with my assailant or transfer to a much less desirable location farther from my home. I truly felt led to not return to work there.
I am having health issues that despite blood work and various tests is proving elusive to diagnose.
I know that God is with me through all of this. He is a good Father and has provided me with a wonderfully blessed life but I am feeling a little overwhelmed right now.
