My mom has been very stressed and has been battling sleep problems for years. She started to get better, but has since relapsed and is lucky if she gets 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night. She is so sleep deprived that she said reaching 4 hours feels like 8. Only God himself is the reason she's still alive and functioning.
Please pray for her health. I want my happy, healthy mom back.
