I pray for all the people who have broken hearts, its tough to lose someone, and there are many ways, through death, break ups fights, caring too much caring to little. Remember, hurt people; hurt people. So if your hurt, be careful what you say and do, that it don't bite you back. If you harbor unforgiveness, let it go; be intentional to forgive for this creates sickness and disease for the one who keeps it, let it go. Your not hurting the person or thing or situation that hurt you, they've moved on don't care your not a second thought ! don't let bad things and people live rent free in your head take every thought captive. Please take it to heart.! This was me, it caused depression, with anxiety and too much crying. I wanted to live again with out this heaviness. So I put on the whole armor of God and walked in his word, the burden lifted and I am better, I pray you all will be well now, in Jesus powerful name, amen !!!
