My elderly mum recently sold her old house and previously said she would give me a share of the proceeds, but she has dementia and may have forgotten this and she may have changed her mind obviously. It doesn't matter to me either way but as I'm about to claim Universal Credit (a UK welfare payment) I need to find out in the most tactful and less stressful way possible. Please pray that she will let me know somehow.
