I am needing Gods Help with an employee that I have that is a trouble maker, but is an very talented at the trade. I have been praying that God will move him out of my shop and that it will be a easy transition for both parties. This individual has made my shop really stressful for my other employees as well as my business partner. We would like God help in this situation.
