Please keep my husband, Daniel, and I in your prayers. We have been struggling to buy a house for a few months now. We were unable to obtain the down-payment and thought we had lost our dream home. God had other plans! We found a way to get pre-qualified for an RD $0 down-payment which was a miracle in our eyes! We have been praising and thanking our Lord Almighty. We just had the appraisal finished and now everything is up to the USDA underwriting department to give us the "go ahead". I just ask that the Lord soften's our underwriters heart and that they have the information needed to immediately approve our loan. Thank you!
