I've been dealing with strained, pulled muscles in my left arm. When I think it's getting better it seems to act up. Woke me from sleep crying. I fear something worse is wrong. I fear a heart attack. I fear cancer. I fear death. I'm 51 And I feel foolish having these feelings. I pray daily...I need to return to church it's been some time since I've been there. The divorce was overwhelming but I am truly happy now. I feel freedom. I feel happy. How do I live? How do I stop worrying about the unknown and LIVE?
