I'm having tough situation. My receptors in brain called GABA, have been depleted. I started taking the supplement Gaba, and then I took it so long, that my brain stopped producing it, because it expects the supplement. Now when I take anxiety medications, they have little effect because of my low GABA levels. It's caused me to be resistant to anxiety medications. Please pray for re-growth of receptors.
