For Toby and all their family in their grief:
“The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The LORD s close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:17-18
I have been praying for their family this morning. I know the requested privacy so they can grieve, but I do not have social media. Will someone please pass this along to their family? I lost a child in the womb, and that was difficult. I cannot imagine losing a grown child.
God, keep being with the family, for they are broken right now. Cover them in Your love and mercy and grace and peace as only You can. Comfort them as they grieve. Pour Yourself out to them in this time. May they all be drawn closer to You and not fear or fret, because fretting leads only to evil. In the name of Jesus that is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no one comes to the Father except by him, in the name of Jesus, amen!
