I face my fears, I feel good but very wiped out. I did this because I want better relationships and better communication. I told how I felt to my father, he has abusive tendencies through out my childhood/teen years and some in my adult life too and our relationship has been distant/not much connection... I have been struggle with various issues because of it and been trying to overcome. I dont know what to expect, what he will do next, please pray for protection and direction and wisdom and words to say. Thank you! I feel mental health is very important and I am working on it myself.
