I did a bad thing and I knew it was not right. There’s so much work gossip/rumor and I went between friends and told one friend the other is talking about you. I know that was wrong and I hurt people in the process. I too understand hurting people hurt people as I really have to look at myself why I did what I did. I now walk in shame, anxiety, high blood pressure, can’t sleep and not eating. Please for for me and my job. I feel like I might loose my job over this.
