Pray for my work situation. I work with family and my brother is stealing, lying, abusing the business in which my father has built. My father is not strong enough to deal with the abuse he see's and thinks it will all go away (it's been happening for over 20 yrs), bitterness and strife has been building. He has no accountability for his wrong doings and it is killing the business and the employee's see it as well and have no ambition to work for a company where they are held accountable but he is no. I pray that every eye and ear are open to the theft, lying and abuse of the company and swift accountability falls on him. May he see the need for change in his actions! And hearts be healed.
