My husband and I have gone through some rough patches this last couple of years. We got involved in a lifestyle that at first was exciting but led to distrust, nothing illegal mind you. We are no longer in this lifestyle but I still have times that I Don't think I have forgiven myself. I feel unworthy of him even though we are still together and love each other. There are days that are good and days that I am filled with anxiety about everything. Little things can trigger it at times and start thinking of all the things I almost lost instead of concentrating on the fact we are still together and still have a marriage. Our marriage is healing but it doesn't stop my thoughts straying to worst case scenarios. I ask for your prayers.
