My first husband, my children's father passed away at the age of 61 due to a second massive stroke. He survived a stroke in 2016 for almost four years. I was married for twenty years and there were struggles due to alcohol and his neglect of the family. Pray that as I travel with my adult children to Puerto Rico for his funeral that we will be united and find closure and a desire to move forward in all that God has done in each adult child's life and family. My feelings of regret can be overwhelming, but I try to give thanks in all things.
