I feel bad about asking for prayer on this, but there is this person I was very close to for several years. They enjoyed being around me and my family, and we enjoyed spending time with them. A couple of years ago, they volunteered at a summer camp and became very close to the owners and staff. This is great and I am thankful they have these folks in their life...but ever since then I barely see them. I feel replaced and thrown away. I miss them so much and it hurts to know that they really don’t miss us. I guess my heart is just breaking; I always thought we would be close part of their life. Please pray for all areas of this, and that I will not harbor on this. My prayer is that one day soon they will realize how much our family loves them and they will desire to reconnect. Until then I really need peace and motivation to move forward.
