Having a tough time being a tough landlord. Let tenants get away with 3 months not paid. having to spend money on a lawyer to have them evicted. Over $5K in the hole. Hubby not to happy with me. Please pray for them, the tenants, they have had multiple deaths, hip break, etc. etc. But we can no longer let them live there for free.
