I just got out of a very toxic relationship and i have mixed feelings, i am hurt, angry, confused and want to go back but that is not something i ever need to do. I don't just turn my feelings off from one day to the next. But obviously he does. I am just needing strength to go forward and not backwards. What hurts is that it didn't even fase him to through me away like a piece of trash.
