A RELATIVE has a CHILD and the RELATIVE is VERY UNSTABLE and EXTREMELY NEGLECTFUL and gets PHYSICAL towards the CHILD!,!!
ALL the PROFESSIONALS know that she NEEDS MEDICAL and MENTAL HELP (ASAP)!! but is REFUSING ALL MEDICAL HELP!!
The AUTHORITIES were NOTIFIED but they didn’t do NOTHING, because the RELATIVE LIED about EVERYTHING!!!!
