My husband and I have temporary guardianship of my sister’s children- ages 4, 3, and 18 months. The children have slept at our house since April 2024, and lived with us full time since August 2024. In October 2024, we gained legal guardianship. Their mom is homeless and on drugs, and their father is currently in prison. The father’s mother did not have a relationship with the children until September 2024, when she made contact with me. Grandma has now filed to have the children removed from us and placed with her. Please pray for my husband and I, the children, their parents, and this grandma. Pray that God protects the children and allows his will be done in this situation. That his peace and presence be over us all.
